My suggestion is to take inspiration from the details of the venue and the season, and then try to match it with the mood that you are trying to set in. Colour combination is critical in the setting of a wedding because it is determinant of the design of the elements such as that of the flower arrangements and the bridesmaid dresses. Does the environment call for a playful or fun setting? Or do you want to project the feeling of lavishness and intimacy? It is all in the colours.
Topping the list of my favourite colour themes is Magenta, peach and soft yellow undertone. This colour combo will give your wedding a vibe of beauty, and vibrancy, thereby inducing a rich theme to the wedding. Just a little hint: with such a vibrant colour theme, try to dress the rest of the reception in neutral colours and make the wedding cake the centre of attention with lush and vibrant blooms.
Black, Pale green and white is another combination that is sure to keep your wedding the topic of conversations for many days to come. It’s romantic, classy and drips sophistication. However, induce a little of cream and off-white hue into the mix so as to not make the venue very stark. Highlight the greenery of your surrounding by including the dusty and green shades of the trees and plants.
